Your journey begins with an initial consultation where we understand your event, vision, priorities and expectations, and gather the key details needed to get started. Once you confirm that you are ready to proceed, we will issue you an invoice upon confirmation of payment. We will create a dedicated planning group to begin the planning process together.

This is where we turn the brief into a detailed event plan, bringing your vision to life through pictures and video inspirations, discussions around your preferences, budget preparation, vendor coordination and payments, and the finalisation of your event flow, floor plan and logistics ahead of the event.
Execute
This is where the plan comes to life. From a day before your event through to the day of the event, our team takes charge by supervising setup, coordinating vendors, managing the event flow and timeline, and handling the details behind the scenes. From the first arrival to the final moment, we ensure everything runs as planned, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your event.
